Pursuant to the requirements of Utah Code Ann. §§ 63G-6a-802(3) and 63G-6a-112, notice is hereby given that the Central Weber Sewer Improvement District will make a sole source procurement of the automation hardware updates project from SKM, Inc.  This project will cost $391,000.
